Delegate Fees


Registration for the 2018 Europe Cash Cycle Seminar (ICCOS) is currently closed. The fees below are from the 2017 event and act only as a guide.


Registration fees differ depending on your company's category and time of registration and payment. Please review the table below for your company's category and the Delegate Registration Fees.

The Delegate Registration Fee Includes:

  • Participation in all General Sessions: Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Participation in the Sponsor Breakout Meeting Sessions: Tuesday and Wednesday (these run concurrently and therefore delegates must choose one to attend in each session)
  • Entry into the Sponsor Exhibition: Monday Evening, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Participation in the Post-Seminar Symposium on ‘Banknote Production – Where the Cash Cycle Begins’: Thursday Morning
  • Simultaneous Hungarian and Russian translation throughout the seminar
  • Welcome Reception: Monday Evening
  • Coffee Breaks: Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Exhibition Reception: Tuesday Evening
  • Delegate Luncheons: Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Delegate Appreciation Dinner: Wednesday Evening

Hotel accommodations and transportation costs are not included. To make a reservation at the host hotel, please return to Hotel page of the Seminar website after completing the Delegate Registration process.

A 5% penalty will apply to all fees received after the start of the conference on March 20, 2017

*We consider an Industry Supplier as any company that is not a Bank, Casino, Retailer, CMC (CIT/Armored Carrier) or Federal Authority and one who does not sell products or services that compete with any of our Sponsors' products or services.

**We consider a Competitive Industry Supplier as a company that sells products and/or services that compete with any of our Sponsors' products and/or services.

***A registered spouse/guest cannot have any representation or connection to a registered company.

Refund Policy

To Cancel:

To cancel your conference registration, please write to Ms. Britnee Hursin at bhursin@currency-research.com and be sure to cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by February 4, 2017
50% refund of fees if written cancellation is received February 5, 2017 through February 19, 2017
No refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received after February 20, 2017
Sponsor delegate registrations (paid) are non-refundable but can be replaced by another delegate registration.
A 5% penalty will be apply to all fees received after the start of the seminar on March 20, 2017

Photo Requirements

Upon arrival at the Seminar, all delegates will be issued a photo ID badge. Therefore, during the registration process, you will have an opportunity to upload a photo to be used on your delegate badge. Please upload a current, passport style photo. For Spouses/Guests that are registered, you will have to send a passport style photo to Ms. Britnee Hursin at bhursin@currency-research.com for their badge.

Photos provided will also be printed in our Delegate Book.  If for any reason, you wish to exclude your photo from being printed in our book, please contact Ms. Britnee Hursin at bhursin@currency-research.com. You are still required to upload a photo during the registration process to be used for your photo ID badge.
